This book contained a great of information that helped me improve my sleep and to wake up on time in general. One tip that was mentioned in this book that helped me was that I should go expose myself to the sun each morning. This made a difference in terms of me getting more energy in the morning. Because of this book I have also started to use different alarm clock sounds to wake up to in the morning instead of the standard BEEP BEEP one and that helped my sleep! I would definitely purchase this book if you want to improve your sleep or wake up on time!

Practical tips

I have never been an early riser, and it has always been something I've wanted to change. This book includes practical and easy tips that I'd like to start trying. In the past I have always "thought about" using some of these ideas (setting the alarm clock farther away from the bed) but fail to actually do them. Now that I am getting a little older, I see more importance in waking earlier and being more productive in the morning hours. Thanks for the read.

This book is one of the best of read on strategies and motivation for waking up in the morning. The alarm clock tips allowed me to realize I was likely using mine the wrong way. I've had an a negative emotional response to waking up and not oversleeping over the years and this has helped me change my view on it!
